Here is a little sneak peek from a Senior Session I did this past weekend in Portland…this shoot is extra special to me because the beautiful girl involved is my God Daughter, Cassidy Marie! She is just as beautiful inside as out…

We had such a blast exploring Portland and loved hanging out with our hair and make up girls ,Kendra and Kyasha, who did an AMAZING job…thank you girls!

A big thanks to Jackie…wouldn’t have been able to do this without all of your fabulous help…you ROCK girlfriend!!!

I know your thinking whaaaaaa… not only is Joy an Actress/Musician/Director/Writer/Producer and most importantly a wonderful Mom but she also gives much of her time to philanthropy making her an inspiration to so many young girls/women!

FABULOUS FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY | WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER, or FALL…

I did an amazing shoot with the ever cool Liudahl family that covered a WHOLE year (I know what your thinking…whaaaaa?!?). If  you look close you can see we went through four seasons but it was all jam packed into one super fun afternoon and I loved every minute of it! We had an amazing location right in their backyard, which felt more like a State Park, with waterfalls, bonfire pits and a lake. Thank you Jake, Shawna, Landon and Madelyn for inviting Lori Jane Photography into your home and making me feel like a member of the family…you guys rock!

LUCKIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD | PORTLAND CREATIVE FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER

			


				
Lori Jane Photography had the BEST TIME EVA hanging out with Rachael, Scott and Sawyer in Williston, North Dakota for an amazing family photo shoot!!! We totally took advantage of the beautiful scenery that the Great Plains have to offer by shooting at three different locations. We started at a red barn that had character up the wazoo, then off to a dirt trail that led to nowhere and ended our evening in a field of clover that provided the most amazing backdrop!


THANK YOU guys for being so gung ho and trekking all over North Dakota with me  ;)

Rachael, I know it wasn’t easy climbing a dirt trail in heels while carrying a two year old…lol. I had so much fun with the entire family and little Sawyer is the PERFECT combination of cute AND spunk wrapped up in one little bundle! My favorite was at the end of the night when Sawyer looked at me and said,

“Low’ee,  (pause…pause…pause) …what’s yuw name?”.

Oh my stars…she TOTALLY stole my heart!!!


Night air smells sweet and all the stars are shining brightly


I see them twinkle in your eyes and I feel I’m flying…


 




 


I know you’ll catch me when I fall,


 swim the ocean to rescue me,


 thats how you change my life,


 cause I’m the luckiest girl in the world…


 So come and catch me when I’m fallin’


 slay the dragon and set me free  so wont you take my hand,


 Make me the luckiest girl in the world…


 


Thanks again Studsrud Gang…I had such a BLAST and can’t wait to see you all again! I hope you totally enjoy the photo’s half as much as I enjoyed taking them…YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
